Cancellations

WeCleanHouses.com requires a 24-hour notice before canceling an appointment, or a $45 fee will be charged. If we cannot access your property during a scheduled visit, the fee will apply.

If your cancellation was due to an unforeseen emergency or something genuinely beyond your control, we will work with you. Just let us know.

Fulfillment Policy

When you make a purchase from WeCleanHouses.com, you can request to receive an email and/or text with a copy of your invoice. All purchases are processed through our software provider using the payment processor Stripe. Please allow some time for the email and/or text message to be delivered. If you haven’t received anything, check your Junk, Spam, or Bulk Mail folder(s) to ensure it wasn’t mistakenly filtered out of your inbox. If you still haven’t received an invoice, email us at info@wecleanhouses.com, and we’ll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.

Prices

All prices are subject to change without notice. We cannot guarantee against pricing errors and are not responsible for typographical or other pricing mistakes. If an error occurs, we will notify you using the contact information you provided when placing your order. You may then either confirm your order at the corrected price or cancel it. We reserve the right to cancel any order resulting from a pricing error. Prices are shown in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise indicated.

From time to time, we may offer special promotional offers and/or discounts that may apply to purchases. You agree to be bound by any additional terms and conditions related to these promotional offers or discounts. Promotional offers or discounts may be time-limited. Some services may be excluded from promotional offers or discounts.

Payment

You agree to pay in full the prices for any purchases you make using the available payment methods. We may process payments through third-party service providers, which may post and update their operating rules related to payment on their respective websites. By placing an order, you authorize us and our third-party service providers to charge your selected payment method for all amounts presented to you in the checkout and purchase process.
